1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using iinbin.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, whether or not you submit a lookup.
2. What the Service does
The Service provides free lookup of BIN / IIN metadata. You enter the first 6 to 8 digits of a bank or payment card and receive information about the issuing institution, card brand, card type, card category and country of issuance. The Service is informational in nature and is provided free of charge, without registration.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for carding, fraud, phishing, identity theft, counterfeit payment instrument production, or any other unlawful activity;
- Attempt to generate, test, or validate full card numbers, CVV codes, or track any individual cardholder or physical card;
- Identify, profile, or aggregate data about specific individuals or private persons;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the rate limiting, CAPTCHA/Turnstile protection, or any other security measure;
- Scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially repackage the Service or its underlying datasets without written permission;
- Subject the Service to excessive or automated load that degrades it for other users;
- Misrepresent the Service or imply affiliation with, or endorsement by, any card issuer or card brand.
4. No warranty
The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. BIN ranges are periodically re-assigned by issuers; information shown may therefore be out of date. Always defer to the issuer printed on the physical card when a result conflicts with it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is zero) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
6. Acceptable use of results
You are responsible for how you use the information returned by the Service, including ensuring your use complies with data protection, privacy, and financial regulations applicable to you and your users. A lookup result is not authorisation to transact with, or on behalf of, the cardholder.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, interface design, source code, and aggregated datasets, is owned by iinbin.com and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may link to the Service and use the data for legitimate purposes, but you may not reproduce the branding or substantially mirror the Service without prior written permission.
8. Third-party links
The Service displays issuer website links for convenience. We do not control those third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or if use threatens the security or availability of the Service for others.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date reflects the current revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Severability and governing law
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
